What's included?

A 45-minute Telehealth 1-1 consultation allows us to comprehensively re-examine any health history not previously covered, any other presenting health complaints and long-term goals. Once your consultation is completed, you will receive an individualised treatment plan outlining your dietary health goals, nutritional swaps and further resources that may be appropriate. 

How is this different to a regular follow-up consult?

This extended follow-up consultation is for clients with an extensive gap between consultations (more than eight weeks).

$135 AUD for the consultation, inclusive of a personalised treatment plan PDF download with resources, recipes and your unique dietary and lifestyle goals.
