Initial consultation

What's included?

A 60-minute Telehealth 1-1 consultation allows us to comprehensively examine your unique health history, presenting health complaints and long-term goals. This appointment includes thorough questioning about multiple body systems and insight into your current lifestyle and diet. Once your consultation is completed, you will receive an individualised treatment plan outlining your dietary health goals, nutritional swaps and further resources that may be appropriate. 

Do I have to be vegan to work with you?

My job is to meet you in the middle! Many people think they need to go 100% plant-based or not bother. I believe the term 'plant-based' needs to be inclusive, flexible, and fluid and work for YOU! I work with people of ALL dietary frameworks; there is no judgment or pressure here! My speciality, however, is, of course, in plant-based nutrition. 

Price

$166 AUD for the consultation, inclusive of a personalised treatment plan PDF download with resources, recipes and your unique dietary and lifestyle goals.

No, at this time, all 1-1 consultations and follow-up consultations will be conducted online via Telehealth.

    However, suppose you'd like an individualised meal plan. In that case, we can either optimise and individualise a 7-day meal guide of your choice from the monthly meal guides in the Radiquel membership (given you are a member), OR you can purchase the 3-week plant-based meal guide and optimise it via the Indivudalsised Meal Plan consultation. 
     

Forever! Once you download your personalised treament plan PDF, it is yours to keep.

At Radiquel, we believe strict fixation on numbers is a reductionist view of nutrition and can potentially harm our relationship with food. Food is also so much more than just units of calories and macronutrients; it’s a chance to nourish our minds, bodies, and souls with whole and soul foods. With this in mind, we believe that radical change can be made without focus and emphasis on calories!

However, we also acknowledge nutritional panels and discussion of energy intake to be educational and of value for other individuals. So, if you would like to discuss your energy intake (calories) and would prefer for nutritional information to be given, that is also an option!
